Hi, I'm Maximilian Kenfenheuer

I lead the AI Advisory team of BearingPoint’s Enterprise Microsoft Transformation business unit. My work sits where technology decisions meet business value: which AI use cases pay off, how to govern them, and how to bring them safely into operations — including in banks and insurers.

A background in software development keeps me close to the technology. In my spare time I build AI tooling such as AI Studio and SharpAI, and I take on selected freelance projects in software development and web design.
